Verbal Opt-In

In the Comca Systems software, the employee can collect SMS opt-ins verbally from customers.


The employee will say the following:


"If you'd like, we can send you automated text alerts when your dry-cleaning order is ready for Pick-up. Message frequency varies, and messaging and data rate may apply depending on your mobile service plan.


At any time, you can unsubscribe by typing QUIT or get help by typing HELP. Our terms and privacy policy are found on our website."


If the customer agrees to opt-in, then the employee will click on the SMS radio button on the customer profile (as shown on the picture below).
